The Girl of Steel is set to make her debut as a Kotobukiya ArtFX+ statue.
Based on Melissa Benoist portrayal of Kara Zor-El on the CW’s “Supergirl,” the new statue has the protector of National City posed ready for action. Kara sports the blue top, red skirt and thigh high red boots as seen in the show. The statue even features the textured look and raised yellow “S” shield of Supergirl’s costume.
Using new 3D rendering software, the geniuses at Kotobukiya were able to unprecedentedly capture Benoist’s likeness. Standing 7 inches in height (1/10th scale), the statue has some limited customizability, as well; thanks to several interchangeable parts, Supergirl can be posed in any number of heroic ways: fists on hips, arms crossed
Kara comes with a display base, that along with the magnets in her feet, keep her secure while posed next to her other CW cohorts Arrow and the Flash.
