There’s nothing warm about Victor Fries’ cold, cold heart.

Sideshow Collectibles and Prime 1 Studio have teamed up once again to bring you a brand new Mr. Freeze statue.

Created by the trio of Bob Kane, David Wood and Sheldon Moldoff, Victor Fries made his DC comic book debut in the pages of “Batman” #121 (February 1959).  Back then known as Mr. Zero, it wouldn’t be until the late 60’s when Fries would get his modern-day moniker, Mr. Freeze.

Prime 1 Studio’s new statue is based on Mr. Freeze appearance in the DLC “Cold, Cold Heart” from Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment’s 2013 video game, “Batman:  Arkham Origins.”

Standing a whopping 35 inches in height and measuring over 22 inches at the base, the statue sees Mr. Freeze, in his specially designed cryogenic suit with Freeze gun in hand.  Posed standing atop a rooftop base, surrounded by ice blasts, it’s clear from the expression on his face, Freeze is looking for vengeance.

With an edition size of only 700 pieces, the Prime 1 Studio “Batman: Arkham Origins” Mr. Freeze statue retails for $1449.99 and is expected to ship second quarter 2018.  You can pre-order him right now at Sideshow Collectibles website.
