Revealed earlier this year, and debuting at the GameStop Expo last August, Hasbro’s GameStop Exclusive Marvel Legends Back in Black Deadpool figure has finally been hitting store shelves over the past couple of weeks.

Based on Cullen Bunn and Salvador Espin’s 2016 Marvel Comics “What If…” inspired Deadpool: Back in Black, the story centers on Deadpool meeting the alien symbiote that would eventually bond with Peter Parker back in 1984’s Secret Wars, before Pete ever got the chance to make that connection.  Back in Black picks up after Pete rejects the symbiote, but rather than bonding with Eddie Brock (and becoming Venom), the symbiote bonds with, that’s right…Deadpool.

Hasbro’s new figure, available only at GameStop, is a mash up of several previously released Legends figures.  Most notably the alternate head being previously seen on the Superior Venom figure released back in 2015.

With its back mounted tendrils, alternate hands and lightsaber-esque katanas So?  Is the figure worth it?  Should you head over to GameStop right now to order yours?  The only way to know for sure is to watch the latest episode of #saturdaynightlosers
