With the release of the sequel to Ridley Scott’s 1982 film Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049, NECA has also released two new figures inspired by the new movie:  Ryan Gosling’s Officer K and the reason we’re all gathered here today, Harrison Ford’s Rick Deckard.

An officer specializing in the tracking and terminating of replicants for the San Francisco Police Force in the original film, Deckard is retired and in hiding in Blade Runner 2049.  NECA’s new figure is based on Ford’s secluded Deckard.  Standing 7 inches in height, the figure sports all the standard multiple points of articulation that NECA figures are known for, including nice rotating double hinged joints in the elbows.

The likeness of Ford isn’t too bad, if not for him looking slightly hunchback-ish due to his shirt.  Otherwise, it’s a fairly accurate representation of the actor.  He is a little light on the accessory front, only coming with Deckard’s firearm, but who needs those accessories, anyway?  They only end up in that container of worthless accessories.
