It’s that time of year again.  When you have to spend countless hours thinking about what you’re gonna get everyone on your Christmas list.  Ugh!  It’s also the time of year when every site out there has their Holiday Gift Guides going.  Double ugh!  They’re just reminders of all the stuff you should be buying for everyone else.  But, secretly don’t want to.

Well…the Newsbox has the answer for that.  Your friendly neighborhood jman’s gift giving guide to the best toys of the season.  AKA, all the stuff ya boy wants.  So….without further ado, let’s get at it:

BTW…you can see the whole list live and in action on the latest episode of #saturdaynightlosers

LEGO Target Exclusive Star Wars:  The Last Jedi Rey and Kylo Ren Brickheadz

I love the Brickheadz and always seem to miss out on all the cool exclusives.  Mostly  because I don’t go to San Diego Comic Con. And I don’t want to pay upwards of 100 bucks for said exclusives on the after market.  Triple ugh!  But, finally there’s a set for me and all the folks like me (that have a Target nearby, that it is).

Needless to say, this set will be mine.

Hasbro Marvel Legends 14.5 inch Hulk figure

This thing is massive (that’s what she said). The Hulk initially retailed for $79.99, which I’m definitely not spending on myself.  That being said, since the holiday season began, the Hulk has been slowly dropping in price on Amazon. Now hovering around $44.00.  So, ff you want him, now’s the time to pull the proverbial trigger.

Marvel Legends Electronic Mjolnir

If there’s one thing I love, it’s props.  So, this full size version of Thor’s Hammer is basically a done deal. It’s 1:1 scale, voice activated (I have no idea what that means) but,  most importantly, it  looks like Mjolnir from the movies (more or less) and I want it.

Nerf Rival Boba Fett themed Apollo XV-700 Blaster and Face mask set

As much as I love props, I love exclusives more. And if they’re exclusive props?  Well, just color me happy.  This Nerf Rival set is exclusive to Gamestop, comes in a real fancy box, has a Mandalorian inspired facemask and themed rounds.  What more could you want?  Nothing.

Nerf Rival Deadpool Kronos XVIII-500 Dual Pack

Well, that is until you see these:  Deadpool themed Rival Kronos Blasters.  The na,e just flows off the tongue, doesn’t it?  You get two blasters, 10 rounds, a taco something or other.  Look, I’m tired of Deadpool, too.  But this set is just to awesome to pass up.

Star Wars – Hero Droid BB-8 – Fully Interactive Droid

This could be the ultimate prop, no? From Spinmaster, comes a fully interactive Hero Droid BB-8. Initially, I’m pretty sure it was billed as life size. And at 16 inches, I’m also pretty sure he’s just a smidge or two under “life-size.”  But, care I do not.

You can control this magnificent BB-8 with voice commands or the included remote. There’s a follow me mode (my dog’s gonna be super-pissed about that), authentic lights and sounds.  Literally, the whole shebang.

But, not life-sized.

You can get him super cheap at Amazon right now for 129.99.  Do it while you can.

And #1…

LEGO’s The Joker™ Manor

This massive set comes with over 3400 bricks and measures over 21 inches high and 25 inches wide.  It comes with 10 (TEN!!!) minifigures: The Joker, Batman, Barbara Gordon, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Alfred Pennyworth (in Classic Batsuit), Disco Batman, Disco Joker, Disco Batgirl and Disco Robin.  And it features a roller coaster that wraps around the whole building.

It’s seriously gonna make my life complete.

Except for the fact that it retails for $269.99
