koto-spider-gwen-artfx-001Kotobukiya has released new images of it’s upcoming Marvel Comics’ Spider-Gwen ArtFX+ statue.

Ripped from the pages of the über popular “Spider-Verse” story arc, comes Earth 65’s Gwen Stacy.  Created by Jason Latour and Robbi Rodriguez, Spider-Gwen made her Marvel Comics debut in 2014’s “Edge of the Spider-Verse” #2.

On Earth 65, Gwen Stacy is bitten by a radioactive spider (instead of Peter Parker) and chooses to take up the mantle of Spider-Woman.  Kotobukiya’s new statue pays tribute to the fan-favorite character.  Measuring 3.5 inches in height (1/10th scale) Spider-Gwen is based on Stefano Caselli artwork.

Decked out in her hooded white and black costume, Gwen is posed in crouched, ready for action.  Sculpted by Junnosuke Abe, the statue comes with magnets in her feet for added stability on the included display base.

The Kotobukiya Marvel Comics ArtFX+ Spider-Gwen statue retails for $64.99 and is expected to ship April of 2017.  You can pre-order her now at Koto’s website.
